Penguin Ends E-Book Library Lending And Relationship With OverDrive

As of February 10, 2012, Penguin will stop offering ebooks and audiobooks to libraries - at least until it finds a new partner.  This means that Random House has become the only big-six publisher to allow unrestricted access to its ebooks in libraries...but of course this means they will raise prices beginning in March.
